CARES™ grew from that realisation - that sustainable leadership depends not on pushing harder, but on reflection, care, and the courage to do things differently.
With over 20 years leading transformation from the clinical frontline to the boardroom - as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, service leader, and strategic consultant - I've helped design and embed system-wide change across the NHS and beyond.
